Objective

Tic-tac-toe with an informal feel, part of the Arcade monorepo. You can challenge the machine — which uses the minimax algorithm and never loses — or play against someone else on the same device. Match history and the leaderboard are stored locally in the browser, and a meme reaction pops up at the end of each game based on the result.

Game modes

• vs. Machine The minimax algorithm guarantees the machine never loses — a draw is the best you can aim for.
• vs. Human Local match between two players on the same device, no account or sign-up required.

Features

• Match history Persistent record of every game with outcome and configuration, stored in localStorage.
• Leaderboard Cumulative ranking of wins, losses, and draws for the current session.
• Meme reactions A random meme pops up after each game based on the result. Memes are configurable by folder.
• Light / dark theme Preference saved automatically in localStorage.
• Bilingual Full English and Spanish support via i18next.
